Return Users Not Logging In

Hello Players, :^)

I have a small mystery that I'm hoping some player out there would be kind enough to help me solve. It appears from my site statistics that I have a decent number of repeat visitors. However, the number of casino game visitors that are reusing their login names seems to be pretty low. I have the games set up to automatically populate the player's login and password from a cookie so I would have thought that most players would not switch their user every time they played, but this doesn't seem to be the case.

Does anyone have any suggestions to keep people using the same login each time they visit the casino?
